Sew Over 50 #so50shopsmallbusiness

Our #Sewover50 November challenge: supporting small businesses. ๐Ÿ‘

Times are tough and we can make a choice to help small businesses stay afloat and give them a fighting chance to rebound when we emerge from the global pandemic.

Together with @LintonTweeds, SewOver50 is encouraging the sewing community to purchase from and promote small businesses during November.

Have you ever had a burning desire to make a #littleFrenchjacket? You could sew this garment from one of three major prizes from Linton Tweeds @lintontweeds to promote shopping small businesses around the world. ๐ŸŒŽ

To enter the challenge:
all sewists are eligible if you have a public account;
– use both tags #so50shopsmallbusiness and #sewover50;
– purchase fabric/notions/haberdashery/services (on-line or in person) from a small business and tag them. If they are not on IG then name them and the location

There are three prizes of 2 metres each of couture fabric from Linton Tweedsโ€™ website:
1 prize x UK; ๐Ÿ‡ฌ๐Ÿ‡ง
1 prize x Europe;
1 prize x rest of the world ๐ŸŒ
IDENTIFY YOUR LOCATION (UK, Europe, rest of the world) ON YOUR POST so that we can arrange the prizes. ๐Ÿ˜
Prizes will be randomly drawn in the three categories on December 1.

Additionally, you may like to enjoy a discount of 15% from Linton Tweeds from their exquisite couture range until November 30 by using the code SEWOVER50.

Letโ€™s get behind this initiative and play our part to keep businesses busy during unprecedented times…and you may just be one of the lucky winners too! ๐Ÿ‘๐Ÿ˜Š

A very big thank you to Linton Tweeds for assisting with this initiative. ๐Ÿ’
