Courtney and Mel talk about Camp Stitch Sydney

The joy and energy your can hear from Courtney and Mel just show you how many sewists around the world who love their hobby simply want to make sewing together is a great experience for their sewing friends, just like the Sewing Weekender in the UK.

Go to the Camp Stitch Sydney website to get ready to book your November ticket on Monday 6 July.

Have a look at the workshops on offer. Again this year, Jeans Making Workshop by Susan Goodwin, will be one to book into. Once you book your ticket, start getting your sewing gear ready as the time will fly between now.

Camp Stitch is a volunteer organised sewing camp that begun simply by one of our volunteers saying “Let’s start a sewing camp!”

A three day sewing retreat featuring classes from esteemed members in the sewing community.
WHEN: Friday 20th – Sunday 22nd November 2020
WHERE: The Collaroy Centre, 22 Homestead Ave, Collaroy NSW 2097 COST: $475pp*.
This year we also have a very limited number of hotel-style rooms. When booking please select your preference if you wish to receive one of these rooms, but there is no guarantee as spots are very limited. These hotel-style rooms would make the overall cost $625pp.
*This includes your accommodation for two nights, food (2 breakfasts, 2 lunches and 2 dinners), entry into your workshop and most of your supplies. This is a not-for-profit event so all proceeds will be put back into the camp to make your experience the best it can be.
